Steel Grating

Grating is dimensioned as pe秒謝r designed drawings. Prior to packing科書 and delivery, it should be b玩我anded first, and then h讀國ot-dip galvanized or treated otherwise了家. Processing flow chart of grating is數東 shown as below.

Cross Rod Pitch:

      A 100內影 mm (center distance)

      B 50 mm下司 (center distance)

      C 25 mm (cente又我r distance)

Cross Rod Size:

      G綠北enerally 6 x 6 mm twisted rod

      5 x 5 mm twisted電物 rod for small size gr和白ating

Load Bar Size:

      Usually 20 x 3 mm山靜 ~ 130 x 7 mm

Load Bar Pitch:

Load Bar Top Surface:

Surface Treatment:

Standard grating comprises Plain間票 (P) square edge flat 姐作bars. To increase the slip res坐錢istance, Serrated (S) grati金家ng can be specified. Stainless火下 Steel, 6mm bars, an雪地d any load bars 20mm deep will not 不月be serrated normally.

Series 1 : This series is most commonly u長影sed throughout all sections of indust司上ry. Center pitch of l答錢oad bars is 30mm. It is in 國吃accordance with USA standards, Au書分stralia standards and Japane影金se standards applicabl遠分e etc. With highest densi很靜ty of flat bars and strengt得刀h, it is suitable for dif也師ferent applications.

 Series 2: This series is most economic樂道al and light. Center pitch of lo機紙ad bars is 40mm. It confo和我rms to the requirement吃鐵 of Fixed Platform, Walkwa房在y, Stairway and Tread as re讀頻gulated in British, Germany, Fran了數ce and Japanese standards 樹呢etc. Its general applications 請南include conveyor walkway, storage s光照helves, mezzanine floor, catwalk, secu答城rity grilles and sun screen多現s etc.

Series 3 :This series has been specifically deve遠高loped for mining indu志老stry and used for hang ceiling. Ce章裡nter pitch of load ba相工rs is 60mm. The large square o愛校pening allows most materials筆謝 to fall through the grat人雨ing, thus keeping the wal輛們king surface clear and safe.
